Products i have used up in March..
March has found me finally using up some of the products i have seemed to have had for, well months!! In true style it has taken me a month to write about this!
The Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner - this is my favourite toner. i have roughly been using this for a year and it leaves my skin so fresh with no harshness or tightness. a little bit on a cotton pad really goes a long way. Even if i dont have time to cleanse in the morning, i will always tone to take away any oilyness before moisturiser and foundation. The Seaweed cleanser is for oily combination skin types, but i think it is just fab for any skin types. It is regulary on promotion and retails for £7.00 and would i repurchase? yes! (and i have, i also have it in miniture for travel)
17 Hide and Chic concealer - I got this as a freebie in boots, something like buy a 17 product get this free, so of course i had to do it. It is a pen / brush style under eye concealer . It contains light reflecting pearls to blur fine lines and imperfections, giving eyes that wide awake look. i really like the light weight texture of this concealer, and it had a good pay off. I felt it did not last too long which is typical of this product, but for a £4.99 price tag , its not to be sniffed at! Would i repurchase? i wouldn't rush out to buy it, but yes i would like to own it again.
Clinique Pore Minimizer - I purchased this years ago, (too long ago) i started to use this, then i put it back in the draw. I am not sure why really? any hoo i wasn't wowwed by it, but i wanted to use it up. I do not think it was worth the hefty price tag for such a small tube. In fact i do not think they even still make this exact one? i used it as a foundation base , almost like a primer. It was very chalky one the skin, i did smooth but i saw no dramatic difference. Would i repurchase? naa
Boots no 7 lash adapt mascara- I got this in a christmas gift set i believe. I know i did not purchase this myself but has a good price point of £12.50. (however boots always seems to have some sort of deal on so you never pay the full amount. A nice wand and distribution of product, it didn't wow me but i liked it. Would i repurchase? no, but i would reuse if gifted or another freebie!
Dove Hair Therapy Nourishing Oil Care Express Treatment conditioner - woah , what a mouth full! this is my second tube of this amazing conditioner. It smells amazing and gives the hair a super shine and smoothness. I actually first heard of this by getting a free sample of it from a magazine last september. It came travel size so i took it away with me, i was swiming alot and it put all the goodness back in. So now whenever i use this, the smell takes me back! the cream itself is split with a white coloured cream and a golden coloured cream running through. natural almond and coconut oils, made of molecules so fine they are rapidly absorbed to deeply nourish and replenish essential nutrients. Would i repurchase? yes yes yes, and it is on offer in boots at the moment for £1.77, bargain!
Biore Ultra deep cleansing pore strips - this is a box of 6 nose strips, they are good, not great. They are a simple concept, wet the pad and let it dry on your nose, then rip off! The fun part is seeing what has come out of your skin, worth buying for a pamper. Would i repurchase? yeah why not!
As you can see from my photo, i like to get every drop out of my products, i cut open tubes, i take off caps, all worth it for an extra weeks worth of product!!
